$75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and analyze manufacturing process data using statistical tools (e.g., SPC, MSA) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance product reliability.
Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring quality requirements are met from design to production launch.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials and components meet specified quality standards.
Investigate customer complaints and drive resolution through cross-functional teams.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis)
Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret data for process improvement
Bonus Qualifications
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies
