Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

We are looking for Join a well-established, growing public accounting firm where professional development, work-life balance, and a collaborative culture come together. We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Audit Manager to lead assurance engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice. This position may be based in one of several South Carolina office locations, including coastal and inland metros.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee audit engagements from initial planning through final deliverables, including supervision of staff and review of workpapers
Advise clients on accounting standards, regulatory considerations, and internal control best practices
Prepare and review complex financial statements and related disclosures
Research and resolve technical accounting matters, collaborating with internal specialists as needed
Manage client relationships, billing cycles, collections, and overall engagement profitability
Coach and develop Associates and Seniors through real-time feedback and structured mentorship
Participate in business development, networking, and practice-growth initiatives
Contribute to internal training programs as an instructor or discussion leader
What You Bring
Active CPA license
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced degree preferred
At least 5 years of public accounting experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities
Strong command of GAAP, GAAS, and internal control frameworks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common assurance software
Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing deadlines
