Job Description Our client is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable professional to support their finance department during a busy project period. This role is a full-time temporary assignment (approximately six months) within a corporate accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume invoice processing across multiple properties, following established internal controls.
Verify accuracy of invoice images, supporting documentation, and coding.
Enter invoices into the company’s ERP system using a standard 3‑way match process.
Apply correct payment terms and review entries to prevent duplicates.
Prepare and issue vendor payments in accordance with company guidelines.
Assist with month‑end activities and contribute to mid‑year and year‑end tasks, including 1099 support.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience.
Background in real estate or property management accounting is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency with Office 365 and familiarity with accounting/ERP platforms.
Experience with Rent Manager is an advantage, though not required.
