Human Resources Administrative Assistant

HR Assistant
to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communication, and support the recruiting workflow.
Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening.
Prepare new hire documentation, onboarding materials, and system accounts.
Support new hire orientation and ensure a smooth first-day experience.
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files with high accuracy.
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and general inquiries.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards as needed.
Serve as an initial point of contact for employee questions and route requests appropriately.
Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and event coordination.
Support internal communication and company policy updates.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of HR data and sensitive employee information.
Assist with audit preparation, document collection, and policy adherence checks.
Qualifications
1–2 years of HR, administrative, or office coordination experience preferred.
Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS), recruitment platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Attributes

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
Interest in learning HR processes and advancing in the HR field.
