Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Payroll and Benefits Specialist to provide support to their Total Rewards team. This is a contract‑only opportunity designed to cover key payroll and benefits responsibilities during overlapping leaves of absences. The ideal candidate can operate independently, bring strong attention to detail, and step in seamlessly to support critical day‑to‑day operations. Base pay range
$35.00/hr - $60.00/hr Qualifications
5+ years of payroll and benefits experience, required. Strong hands‑on payroll experience, including reconciliations, off‑cycle adjustments, and prorated new‑hire pay, required. Experience supporting benefits administration (e.g., life events, transit changes, enrollments, and adjustments), required. Ability to independently review, catch, and resolve payroll discrepancies, required. Experience working in a highly detail‑oriented, compliance‑driven environment, required. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce, preferred. The hourly rate for this role is $35-$60/hr.
