Contract HRIS Analyst – Paylocity Implementation
Location:
Horsham, PA (Onsite)
Contract Duration:
4–5 months (with possible extension)
Hourly Rate:
Mid-Level:
$45–$55/hour
Senior-Level:
$70–$80/hour
(Based on experience and project scope)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
HRIS Analyst
to support a
Paylocity implementation
project. This role includes system configuration, data migration, testing, and ensuring a smooth go‑live. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on Paylocity experience and strong HR process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and test Paylocity system configurations to meet organizational requirements.
Lead and execute the Paylocity implementation, including setup, configuration, and integrations.
Conduct data audits and manage migration from legacy systems.
Partner with HR to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop and deliver user training materials.
Provide post–go‑live support and troubleshoot system issues.
Qualifications
3+ years of HRIS experience, including at least
one full‑cycle Paylocity implementation .
Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and compliance.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
