HRIS Analyst (Dayforce) – Hybrid | Houston, TX or Canonsburg, PA We are seeking an experienced

HRIS Analyst

to support and lead

Ceridian Dayforce implementation and ongoing system administration

for a newly independent, private-equity backed organization. This is a

temp-to-perm, hybrid role

(Tues–Thurs onsite).

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support Dayforce implementation, configuration, UAT, and data conversion

Administer HRIS data, workflows, security roles, and audits

Support payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes

Build and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and analytics

Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors

Improve HR processes and employee self-service experience

What We’re Looking For:

3–6+ years of HRIS experience; Dayforce required

Strong knowledge of HR data, reporting, and system administration

Experience supporting payroll and benefits

Ability to work in fast-paced, stand-up or carve-out environments

Location: Houston, TX or Canonsburg, PA
