Job Summary
Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) includes full-service CFO Advisory, controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing & payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing, tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. Oversee and manage the responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS staff Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients Manage month‑end close for assigned clients Assist with development of financial budgets Prepare and analyze financial reporting Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services Qualifications
B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience Experience with QuickBooks preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communicator with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills Able to manage priorities and workflow Commitment to excellence and high standards Salary
$80,000 – $100,000 per year Benefits
