Overview
Under limited supervision, this professional administrative position performs bi-weekly payroll processing including but not limited to updating the financial software, reconciling data, ensuring compliance, paying taxes and benefit partner invoices and year-end payroll reporting. This position also provides assistance to the Finance/HR Director in all aspects of human resources. The main focus is administrative and technical support for the daily operations of the human resource functions including but not limited to recruitment, selection, records management, and benefits administration. Responsibilities
Payroll processing bi-weekly including updating financial software, reconciling data, ensuring compliance, paying taxes and benefit partner invoices and year-end payroll reporting. Provide assistance to the Finance/HR Director in all aspects of human resources. Administrative and technical support for daily operations of HR functions including recruitment, selection, records management, and benefits administration. Use initiative to carry out recurring assignments independently; refer deviations, problems, and unfamiliar situations to the Director for training or decisions. Establish work relationships throughout the organization to analyze effectiveness of department policies and develop revised and new methods to implement technical needs. Application
