LHH is seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to join a growing team where innovation, collaboration, and people-first strategies drive success. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business lines. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape hiring strategy, elevate employer branding, and contribute to an exceptional candidate experience. The anticipated salary for this role is between $90,000-$110,000 yearly.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to design and execute sourcing strategies that attract high-quality candidates.
Recruit for professional, managerial, and skilled trades positions across companies.
Oversee and optimize applicant tracking systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Manage third‑party recruiting vendors and negotiate contracts to drive value and service excellence.
Establish and track KPIs to measure recruitment performance and continuously improve outcomes.
Drive initiatives to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
Maintain and share regular reporting and insights to support strategic decisions.
Develop and implement policies related to hiring, pre‑employment screening, and internship/apprenticeship programs.
Roll out interview training and lead efforts for continuous improvement in the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
4+ years of progressive in‑house recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to serve as a consultative advisor to business leaders on talent strategies.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive change.
Experience implementing and managing applicant tracking systems (UKG Pro preferred).
HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, or HRCI Pro: Talent Acquisition Certificate are a plus.
