Salary Range:
$56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles within the plant.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations specific to a manufacturing environment.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling for the plant workforce.
Coordinate and track mandatory safety training programs and support plant safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans for manufacturing employees.
Process payroll inputs, administer benefits, and manage leave of absence requests (e.g., FMLA, STD) for the factory staff.
Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS for reporting and data management specific to plant operations.
Recommended Qualifications
Experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of OSHA compliance specific to manufacturing operations
