Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment
Source and build pipelines for specialized talent
Screen and interview candidates, providing timely feedback
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring leaders
Support recruiting efforts for various departments as needed
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
Advise hiring leaders on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate availability
Ensure an excellent and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working onsite with flexibility for hybrid arrangements if needed
