A leading global data, intelligence, and insights organisation is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive net-new revenue across mid-market and enterprise clients.
This is a hunter-led BDM role, focused on outbound sales, new logo acquisition, and full-cycle deal ownership. You'll be selling a subscription-based SaaS / data product with strong brand credibility into senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach
Sell subscription-based SaaS, data, insights, or intelligence solutions
Engage C-suite, VPs, Directors, and senior commercial stakeholders
Hit and exceed new business, ARR, and revenue targets
Maintain accurate pipeline management via CRM (Salesforce)
Ideal Background
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive
Strong new business / hunter mindset with outbound sales experience
Background selling SaaS, data, insights, media, market research, or subscription products
Comfortable selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations
Resilient, commercially driven, and motivated by commission and performance
