Base pay range: $95,000.00 /yr - $120,000.00 /yr

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and close

Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach

Sell subscription-based SaaS, data, insights, or intelligence solutions

Engage C‑suite, VPs, Directors, and senior commercial stakeholders

Hit and exceed new business, ARR, and revenue targets

Maintain accurate pipeline management via CRM (Salesforce)

Ideal Background

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive

Strong new business / hunter mindset with outbound sales experience

Background selling SaaS, data, insights, media, market research, or subscription products

Comfortable selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations

Resilient, commercially driven, and motivated by commission and performance
