Epic Application System Analyst III – OpTime/Anesthesia

Location:
612 East Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011. Primarily remote but must live in Texas area or be willing to relocate.
Work hours:
Full Time, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week.
About the Opportunity This role is part of the IT Care Connect IP Support Department. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining applications and related information technologies for Epic OpTime/Anesthesia systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build applications to meet user requirements for new and optimized workflows.
Perform quality control of all application implementations/enhancements before release, and provide ongoing maintenance and support as needed.
Diagnose failures in application software and related technologies and participate in resolutions.
Communicate with customers, project teams and vendors to analyze and design business and clinical requirements.
Ensure secure and stable architectures; maintain awareness of vendor and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
Epic Certification (Required); Epic Certification in OpTime or Anesthesia (Highly Preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience without a degree, or 5 years with an Associate’s degree, or 3 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Preferred).
