Associate - Corporate
The Nagler Group is a well‑established law firm in the Seacoast New Hampshire region seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base on a wide range of business and transactional matters while being part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking legal team.
Salary:
$95-140K
(depending on experience). Position: Full‑time.
Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience practicing corporate or business law
Strong background in advising businesses on day‑to‑day legal matters
Experience with entity formation, governance, and compliance
Familiarity with commercial contracts, negotiations, and risk management
Experience with mergers and acquisitions or complex transactions is a plus
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
Responsibilities
Advise businesses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
Assist with business formations, reorganizations, and dissolutions
Support mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters
Provide strategic legal counsel tailored to client objectives
Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service
