Join an experienced litigation firm focused on general liability defense. New York office, hybrid position with flexible remote and in‑office work. Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception to resolution or trial. Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and take depositions. Conduct research, develop strategies and participate in mediations, arbitrations, court conferences and trials. Communicate with clients, carriers and opposing counsel; collaborate with partners and team members on strategy. Qualifications
Active New York bar license (required). 1+ year civil litigation experience, ideally in general liability defense. Strong litigation skills: pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions and client reporting. Excellent writing, research and oral advocacy; independent case and deadline management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; mediation, arbitration or trial experience is a plus. Dual licensure in PA, NJ or another jurisdiction is a bonus. What We Offer
