What You Will Be Doing:
Manage depot capability activation projects from proposal through completion
Coordinate and integrate with customer and supplier stakeholders
Work with cross functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to develop and execute plans
Report and manage progress, challenges, and milestone completions for multiple parallel projects
Identify and mitigate project risks
Baseline, execute, and hold accountability for project schedules to achieve on‑time delivery of capabilities

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education
Background in Military, Defense, or aviation maintenance
Experience with technical data
Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross‑functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality)
Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external leadership
Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance (special access facility)
Up to 30% domestic/international travel required for project milestone execution
Desired Skills:
At least 5 years of project management in aerospace/defense
Demonstrated success delivering multi‑year, multi‑budget contracts (e.g., IDIQ, Cost‑Plus‑Award‑Fee) that include both infrastructure and technical elements
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (IPMA Level A/B, DoD PM)
Earned Value Management (EVM) certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher highly desirable
Leadership Experience
Active Secret Security Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
