Job Summary We are looking for a full-time Production Planner & Logistics Manager to assist in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of planning production schedules, managing shipping schedules and ensuring on-time delivery. This includes acting as a bridge between the sales team, the factory and logistics to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered. The applicant must also have a positive attitude and have the ability to work cohesively with a team.

Key Responsibilities Production Planning

Create and manage production timelines based on seasonal calendars and sales

Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure timely sampling, material delivery, and production starts

Monitor production status and proactively resolve delays or issues

Logistics & Coordination

Organize domestic and international shipments; manage freight booking, tracking, and customs documentation

Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery and inventory receipt

Maintain accurate records of shipments, lead times, and delivery performance

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including EDI processing

Cross-functional Support

Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to prioritize shipments for key accounts and launches

Update internal systems with SKU data, shipping info, and tracking numbers

Prepare reports on production status, shipping schedules, and vendor performance metrics

Requirements

5 years minimum of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain (footwear or fashion preferred)

Must be able to work in the office Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel and production/supply chain software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

Familiarity with international shipping terms and customs regulations

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
