Our client is seeking an
Executive Assistant/Office Manager
for their 10-person Asset Management firm. This role requires an individual with high attention to detail who is very organized and can support the office as well as the Founder of the company. This is a rapidly growing firm and this role will have a wide range of responsibilities both administrative and operational.
85-95k + Bonus
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for executives
Handle all domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, cars, etc.
Manage email inbox for executive
Answer calls and direct to appropriate person
Prepare and edit documents and presentations in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Manage CRM database, including maintaining and updating contact information, tracking communication history, and organizing notes and interactions.
Sit in on meetings, taking notes and marking key discussion points
Organize on-site and off-site meetings and events
Update company website Office Management
Preparation of conference room for in-person or video meetings
Responsible for managing front desk area and ordering supplies
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, or related experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), video conference platforms, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, and Wix
Extremely polished, forward-facing, and professional.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Comfortable working with all levels of an organization.
