$84,000.00/yr - $126,000.00/yr
Position Summary
Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
Forecast staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands.
Prepare review and analyze business reports and identify operational improvements.
Monitor and ensure area of responsibility compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards.
Supervise and manage associates and leaders; give direction, monitor performance and provide feedback.
Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences and create a culture of belonging.
Act with integrity, support Walmart values and be a regenerative leader.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
1 year’s experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, developing managers and supervisors; managing workload; hiring and promotion.
3 years’ experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment—alternative senior requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial modeling and analysis, budgeting, P&L accountability.
Managing challenging workforce issues.
Training and development, Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, Operations Management.
