Base pay range $84,000.00/yr – $126,000.00/yr
Responsibilities What you’ll do… Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates). Drive and implement the business plan for your area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety) and operational improvements. Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands. Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements. Monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures and directives by developing, distributing and maintaining procedures and documentation. Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment or by consulting others. Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, feedback, training and development. Teach, support, and model Logistics and company policies and procedures. Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders and managers. Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences, create a culture of belonging, and recognize contributions. Act with integrity: maintain and promote the highest standards of ethics and compliance, hold yourself and others accountable, and support Walmart’s goal of becoming a regenerative company through positive impact. Serve customers and members by putting the customer first, using data insights for decisions, balancing priorities, and ensuring continuous improvements and technology adoption.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management).
1 year’s experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees across multiple departments or areas.
OR 1 year’s experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of associates.
OR 3 years’ experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees across multiple departments or areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial modeling and analysis, managing challenging workforce issues, modeling/forecasting, budgeting, profit and loss accountability.
Supervising associates, Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, Operations Management.
