Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) relevant to manufacturing.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Technical background or degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial)
