Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of motivating and managing production teams.
Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Solid understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and quality control principles.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
