What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with strategic planning and product development activities through data analysis and insight generation
Ensure effective communication between the product group and relevant functional groups to support strategic goals
Support sales and marketing activities, evaluate revenue trends, and address customer issues
Ensure content for instructor-facing platforms is ready for LMS placement and accurate prior to release
Troubleshoot LMS and BDS issues and report as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or related degree in General Studies
6+ years of experience in General Product Knowledge, Customer Service, Technical Support, and IT
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and adaptability to internal systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in product management or development within the education sector
Strong project management skills and experience
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to education products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
