What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the implementation lifecycle for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition onto the technology platform
Analyze and improve onboarding processes and documentation for efficiency
Manage multiple projects and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
Extract and analyze data using SQL, C#, and Python to ensure system quality and functionality
Act as the initial point of escalation for support tickets and recommend process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the automotive industry
Proven experience in leading teams and managing processes
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and intermediate knowledge of SQL/Google BigQuery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce.com and Power BI
Background in project management
A proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
Comfort with technology and process-based tools
Strong interpersonal skills to lead discussions across departments
