Position Details Position: UTS - Temporary Program Associate at UNC Chapel Hill

Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑5 PM

Appointment Length: 11 months (Temporary)

Opening Date: 12/08/2025

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service

Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.

Resolves customer issues and answers questions.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications Minimum Experience/Education: High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
