We are seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and self‑care. Join us in collaborating with families to implement ABA‑based behavior intervention plans.
About the Role
Competitive Compensation: Earn $19.00 - $28.00 hourly, based on experience, education, and certifications.
Permanent position requiring 6‑7 month commitment (not a short‑term summer role).
Part‑Time: 12‑20 hours per week, weekdays only (daytime and afterschool).

Position Duties
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board‑Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
Observe, record, and report client progress, as well as client condition and behavior daily.
Manage challenging behaviors.
Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions.
Assist clients to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills as needed.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents, behavior analysts/consultants, trainers, and clients.
Function as an active member of the treatment team.
Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes accurately and timely using our online database.
Participate in continuous training programs to increase overall skills.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Follow BE policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Passion for Children: Genuine love for working with children.
Positive Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
Experience: Prior experience with children is advantageous.
Continuous Learning: Interest in ongoing development.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, & auto insurance with name listed.
Devices: Must have a tablet or laptop computer to use during sessions (not just a smartphone).
Background: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements This role involves working in natural environments and occasionally requires lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
