Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL has an immediate opportunity for a
level 1
Program Planner to join our mission.
As our Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Weapons System Infrastructure and Capabilities Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive Military Construction schedules and supporting the FBM Capability Definition and Solutions PMs to develop program plans and schedules.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products.
Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions.
Providing the program with time‑phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and developing recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
Desired Skills
Active Secret security clearance.
Experience analyzing data.
Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional.
Customer service experience.
Presentation experience.
Familiarity with formulas, macros, pivot tables in Excel.
Familiarity with Tableau.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience achieving team‑oriented objectives.
