Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL has an immediate opportunity for a level 3 Integrated Program Planner to join our mission supporting the FBM program.

Responsibilities

Develop, status, and analyze resource loaded schedules to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.

Ensure established baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analysis, and forecasting objectives.

Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners.

Schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Management.

Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.

Qualifications

Active Secret security clearance

Working knowledge of a scheduling tool, such as Open Plan Professional or Microsoft Project Professional

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Understanding of Critical Path Methodology

Experience with DCMA Guidelines

Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
