Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with cross-functional manufacturing teams and external vendors
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to mass production
Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, AI) in a manufacturing context
