About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented

Logistics Coordinator

with a strong focus on

order entry

to join our client's team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, supporting smooth logistics operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.

Verify order details, pricing, and inventory availability.

Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, and customer service) to ensure timely fulfillment.

Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays.

Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance and reporting.

Assist with logistics scheduling and tracking shipments as needed.

Qualifications

Experience:

1–2 years in logistics, order entry, or related administrative role.

Preferred Background:

Retail or e-commerce experience is a big plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/order management systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
