Our client is seeking a driven and tech‑savvy Associate to join one of the world’s largest commercial real estate companies’ Office Leasing team. This role blends a fast‑paced, data‑driven approach with the relationship‑building impact of commercial real estate. You’ll generate and qualify leads, build prospect relationships, and create top‑of‑funnel opportunities that drive revenue for one of the world’s most respected commercial real estate firms.

This is an ideal position for someone eager to break into the business side of real estate while learning how to sell high‑value, consultative solutions to C‑suite executives and senior decision‑makers.

What You’ll Do

Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn) to engage C‑suite executives and decision‑makers at target companies.

Research ideal client profiles using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CoStar, and company databases.

Identify companies with clear signals that demonstrate approaching key real‑estate or workspace inflection points (expansions, renewals, relocations).

Lead Qualification & Nurturing

Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs, timelines, and decision‑making processes.

Qualify and hand off warm opportunities to senior leasing professionals with detailed contextual notes.

Build rapport and maintain regular touchpoints to keep our client top of mind.

Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the firm’s CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).

Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline progress to optimize performance.

Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality.

Market & Product Expertise

Develop a strong understanding of our client’s service offerings and how they address client needs.

Stay informed about office market trends, workplace technology, and economic drivers influencing tenant behavior.

Use data and insights to craft compelling outreach and thought‑leadership messaging.

Build a foundation for long‑term career advancement with exposure to high‑value deals, executive relationships, and market expertise that positions you for promotion to senior brokerage roles.
