What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and monitor large projects or processes within the regulatory reporting function
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to leaders and business lines
Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements
Research and analyze best practices within the accounting function
Improve existing processes and practices within the Regulatory Reporting department
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
Minimum of 9 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
Strong understanding of bank accounting and financial controls
Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
Experience with Microsoft Office products
