A growing industrial solutions provider is seeking a

Project Manager/Estimator

to support electrical and mechanical installation projects across Colorado and surrounding regions. This role involves coordinating field crews, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of equipment installations—primarily for manufacturing environments such as food and beverage facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee daily activities for mechanical and electrical crews.

Forecast and schedule labor for current and upcoming projects.

Prepare estimates for equipment installations and handle scope changes as needed.

Drive on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Monitor project financial performance and provide regular updates.

Collaborate with procurement, customers, and internal stakeholders to align project requirements.

Supervise contractors and team members with clear expectations and accountability.

Troubleshoot field issues and provide hands‑on support when necessary.

Conduct site visits, track progress, and prepare status reports.

Build strong working relationships with client contacts.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Support process improvements and share lessons learned across projects.

Qualifications

Active Master or Journeyman Electrician license.

5+ years of project management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, packaging equipment, conveyors, and controls.

Experience overseeing union and/or non-union crews.

Familiarity with mechanical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and instrumentation.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient in reading electrical/mechanical schematics and construction drawings.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience using ERP/MRP platforms and project scheduling tools.

Location:

Anywhere in Colorado

Travel:

Approx. 50% in-state sites, 10–20% occasional out‑of‑state
