What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary support person for Inventory Supply Analysts, researching vendor product availability and carrier status
Update supplier backorder and cancellation details, and review Salesforce application cases for customer backorder reports
Create Off Cycle Vendor Purchase Orders and Interbranch Purchase Orders as needed
Follow up on issues with Inventory Control and DC Receiving teams, escalating recurring problems
Manage location mailboxes and assist with processing Supplier Returns (ADM)
What is Required (Qualifications)
0-2 years of Inventory Supply experience in areas such as supply chain planning, inventory management, or manufacturing planning
Strong multi‑tasking skills and ability to manage large amounts of data
Excellent organizational and influencing skills
Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications, including data visualization tools like Power BI
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with various organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers
Experience dealing with large, demanding customers with complex distribution networks
Ability to think strategically while focusing on day‑to‑day operations
Flexibility to support multiple projects and meet all deadlines
