What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Research vendor product availability and report findings to the Customer Excellence Team

Contact carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders in transit

Create Off Cycle Vendor POs and Interbranch POs for the Active At-Risk team

Follow up on issues related to Inventory Control and escalte recurring problems

Update item health database with estimated arrival times for new customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 0-2 years of Inventory Supply experience, including supply chain planning and inventory management

Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data

Excellent organizational and influencing skills

Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications, including data visualization tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Demonstrated comfort dealing with large, demanding customers

Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers

Flexibility to support multiple projects and meet deadlines

Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day operations
