What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee and monitor activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance, ensuring adherence to national standards
Coordinate second‑level reviews for assigned teams to ensure proper application of Corporate Compliance procedures
Manage timelines for response, resolution, and reporting of service level reports in accordance with client contracts and regulations
Conduct performance appraisals and identify training opportunities for staff development
Maintain staff schedules and monitor time and attendance for team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Experience in quality management, appeals, complaints, or grievance management
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience working with Medicaid and/or state programs
Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes and federal/state regulations
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Familiarity with managed care and Quality Assurance systems and processes
Exemplary problem‑solving abilities
