Senior Performance Test Engineer

with deep expertise in

Tricentis NeoLoad

and

LoadRunner

to support the implementation of NeoLoad within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and manage performance testing frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability benchmarks. This role requires strong analytical ability, script development experience, and hands‑on knowledge of performance engineering best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad, including scripting, automation, test design, and execution. NeoLoad CI/CD integration. Migrating LoadRunner scripts to NeoLoad. NeoLoad Selenium integration for hybrid performance testing. Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, test types, methodologies, and performance engineering lifecycle. Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner / OpenText Performance Center, Datadog. Hands‑on experience with at least two relational databases (DB2, Oracle, MongoDB). Strong SQL and PL/SQL proficiency. Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum processes. Strong knowledge of system/application monitoring, including server, network, virtualization, and database concepts. Deep understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and testing best practices. Preferred Skills

Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain. Hands‑on experience with AWS performance environments. Proven experience supporting LoadRunner-to-NeoLoad migration initiatives.
