Our client is seeking a
Senior
Superintendent
who takes pride in running a safe, organized, and quality‑driven jobsite. This is a great opportunity for a builder who thrives on teamwork, communication, and seeing projects through from dirt to delivery.
About the Role You’ll oversee all field operations on ground‑up commercial projects ranging from $50M–$100M+. You’ll work closely with the project manager, lead subcontractors, and ensure the project is built safely, on schedule, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
Direct all on‑site construction activities and personnel
Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
Coordinate daily with project management and subcontractors
Maintain project schedules and look‑ahead plans
Foster a collaborative, solutions‑focused environment
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Sr. Superintendent
Proven track record delivering commercial or institutional projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
OSHA 30 (preferred)
