Construction Superintendent

We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day field operations on commercial construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and sequencing, enforcing safety and quality standards, and resolving field issues from mobilization through close‑out. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of superintendent experience, a commercial construction background, and strong field leadership skills. Project types include interiors/renovations, K‑12, multifamily, mixed‑use, and federal work.

What You’ll Do

Lead on‑site construction activities and field teams

Coordinate subcontractors and daily work plans

Manage schedules, sequencing, and inspections

Enforce safety and quality standards

Resolve field issues and support project delivery

What We’re Looking For
