What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Verify reward requests based on preventive services appropriate for members, following established guidelines
Conduct outreach to inform members and providers about reward guidance and status
Collaborate with teams to track and document program requirements and implementation
Document and present technical improvement findings related to the Member Rewards Program
Assist in creating and updating member and provider materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School/GED Diploma from an accredited institution
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage responsibilities in a high‑volume environment
Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to new assignments and computer applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate’s degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of work experience
Experience processing reward card requests
Bilingual in English and one or more languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese)
Familiarity with medical terminology
Experience addressing member inquiries in a managed care environment
