About the Role As a

Design Engineer , you will play a critical role in the

product development lifecycle , contributing to the design and engineering of new products and systems. You will leverage your expertise to develop innovative solutions, perform analysis and testing, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring designs from

concept through production .

What You’ll Do

Lead the

design and development

of new products or systems from concept to production

Create detailed drawings and models using

CAD software

Conduct engineering analysis including

FEA, tolerance analysis, and simulations

Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet design requirements

Participate in

design reviews

and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians

Identify and resolve design challenges through troubleshooting and iterative testing

Ensure designs comply with

industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Required Skills

Strong foundation in

engineering principles and design fundamentals

Proficiency with

CAD tools

(SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar)

Experience with

engineering analysis tools and methodologies

Excellent

problem‑solving skills

and attention to detail

Ability to collaborate effectively in

cross‑functional team environments

Preferred / Additional Skills

Experience with

PLM software

Knowledge of

DFM/DFA principles

Familiarity with relevant

industry standards and regulations

Experience with

rapid prototyping

and additive manufacturing

Master’s degree in Engineering or related field

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or related field

3–6 years

of experience in product design, engineering, or a related role
