We’re seeking a
Design Engineer II
to support the design and development of new products and systems in a collaborative engineering environment. This role is ideal for a mid-level engineer who enjoys hands‑on design work, analysis, and working closely with manufacturing and quality teams to bring products from concept through production.
Work Model Onsite only (after ~6 months, a hybrid schedule may be discussed; no remote).
What You’ll Do
Lead and support the
design and development of new products or systems
from concept to production
Create detailed
CAD models and drawings
for components and assemblies
Perform
engineering analysis , including FEA, tolerance analysis, and simulations
Collaborate with
product management, manufacturing, and quality
teams to ensure design requirements are met
Participate in
design reviews
and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians
Troubleshoot and resolve design issues through iterative testing and analysis
Ensure designs comply with
industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Support continuous improvement efforts related to design quality and manufacturability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3–6 years
of experience in product design, engineering, or a similar role
Strong proficiency in
CAD software
(SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of
engineering principles and design fundamentals
Hands‑on experience with
engineering analysis tools and techniques
Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a
cross‑functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience with
PLM systems
Familiarity with
DFM/DFA principles
Knowledge of relevant
industry standards and regulations
Experience with
rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing
