Proven ability to implement and maintain safety protocols and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, IOSH).
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
