– Madison/Milwaukee, WI –

Shift: Monday‑Friday, 12:00pm to 9:00pm (after onboarding/training).

Job Summary Perform technical, primarily pre‑defined tasks to ensure timely service delivery on customer Siemens medical imaging equipment. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CT/MR systems across the region with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Service CT/MR imaging equipment in the Madison/Milwaukee area.

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on all Siemens healthcare systems at customer sites.

Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators to maintain optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Manage financial performance within assigned territory, meeting or exceeding revenue and expense targets and maintaining inventory control.

Manage company assets, including a company vehicle, mobile phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.

Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers; perform necessary administrative duties accurately.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience performing service, preventive maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.

Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers and execute administrative duties accurately.

Experience testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency with tools and service test equipment.

General understanding of electricity principles, power supplies, and grounding.

Required Skills

Minimum high school diploma; a technical associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Proficiency in tools and service test equipment; ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Proficiency in required network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website – Engineer Tools).

3+ years as medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments.

Valid driver’s license, ability to drive independently day and night, and a good driving record.

Physical requirements: lift 50 lb, walk, climb ladders/step‑stools, bend, twist, sit, squat, stand, reach high, grasp finely, good vision.

Vendor Credentialing Requirements Position must meet all vendor credentialing requirements, including valid identification, criminal background check, drug screening, immunizations (COVID‑19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus), annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
