Kavaliro is seeking a
Human Resources Generalist
to support our local Jacksonville client's leadership and team members across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, unemployment claims, training, and policy guidance. Your goal will be to foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to employee growth and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Champion and promote the company culture through effective communication and training. Develop strong relationships with employees, managers, and field leadership to encourage a positive and productive workplace. Work closely with regional and branch managers to enhance workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. Provide guidance to leadership on best practices for employee relations. Conduct regular meetings with management to stay informed about business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide HR support accordingly. Address employee concerns and questions regarding company policies, procedures, and programs in a timely manner. Support leadership in conducting meaningful performance evaluations and ensuring employees receive constructive feedback. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to meet staffing needs and facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Collaborate with the corporate payroll team to resolve pay-related issues. Lead investigations and resolve employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies. Facilitate management training on key HR topics, including corrective action, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and harassment prevention. Assist with benefits administration and oversee the annual open enrollment process. Handle unemployment claims and represent the company at unemployment hearings. Utilize HR tools and systems to track data, analyze trends, and support strategic HR initiatives. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed. Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience). HR certification is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with ADP Vantage is preferred. Skills & Competencies

Work Environment & Travel
This is an in-office role based at the corporate headquarters. Requires travel (approximately 25%-30%) to various locations to support team members and leadership.
