SEC Reporting Analyst We are partnering with an innovative, growth‑oriented organization to identify an
SEC Reporting Analyst
to join its corporate accounting team during a period of meaningful transformation. This role will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely SEC filings, supporting technical accounting initiatives, and partnering closely with internal and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file quarterly and annual SEC reports, including Form 10‑Q, Form 10‑K, and earnings releases
Research and document conclusions on ad hoc technical accounting matters in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, responding to requests efficiently and accurately
Assist with complex accounting entries and analysis during month‑end and quarter‑end close
Support ongoing compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all financial reporting activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
3+ years of experience in SEC reporting
Hands‑on experience preparing 10‑Q and 10‑K filings
Compensation:
$100,000 – $120,000
