Overview An innovative organization is seeking an
SEC Reporting Analyst
to join its corporate accounting team during an exciting period of transformation. The
SEC Reporting Analyst
will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely SEC filings, supporting technical accounting research, and collaborating with auditors.
Key Responsibilities
Complete quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings releases.
Research and conclude on ad hoc technical accounting topics to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors, providing requested information promptly.
Assist with complex accounting entries during month-end and quarter-end close processes.
Help maintain accuracy and compliance across all reporting activities.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Accounting; CPA preferred
3+ years of SEC reporting experience
Experience preparing 10-Q and 10-K filings.
