Manage new hire onboarding from preboarding through client‑facing care
Support clinical training efforts and assist new hires in understanding their roles
Maintain regular communication with new hires via email, phone, and text
Ensure onboarding materials are current, relevant, and impactful
Collaborate with various departments to monitor new hire progress and performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree required
2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience requiredi>
HR experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and be detail‑oriented
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with cloud‑based communication software (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Ability to energize and build rapport at all organizational levels
